Exchange and Returns

Are you not satisfied with your order? We think that's very unfortunate to hear. We would love to hear what we can do to satisfy you.

You can return your order within 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is on your account within 5 working days after receiving of the return shipment.

Step 1: Register the return. Fill in the contact form here. Please state your order number in the message.

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address stated on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

When we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 5 working days.
